Boshart Bathroom Remodel

Electrical, plumbing, re-drywall, tile installation, and painting.

About this Project

This home had previously been deemed a loss due to a fire from an exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms. The current homeowners bought the property from a home flipper, gutted the entire home and redid the layout. The homeowners contacted us through a referral by an electrician. The project was initially bid only to do master bathroom shower tile work and basement shower tile work. We installed a niche and large subway tiles int he master bathroom shower, in an offset pattern. In the basement bathroom shower, we did a large 12″x24″ tiles on a stacked pattern.

As work progressed, we got to know the homeowners more and discussed projects that are still yet to be done. We then decided to add to the contract wood floor installation, kitchen cabinet installation, and backsplash installation. Through projects, we also gave the homeowner advice about how to install trim work and how to get around multiple situations that he came upon since he wanted to do most of the work himself. Chris also gave him a one-on-one interior door installation, answering multiple questions and showing him how to install one door.
